The wine bar opens at 16:00 and at 19:00 we sit at the long table. It will take place in Copenhagen Food Spaces rustic rooms in the Grey Meat City.
Food
We collect two freshly slaughtered Passover with our old brand Jens Vestergaard and fills loaded with vegetables and especially herbs that Jens' wife Ane diligently suit. What it is to be Gods & weather know, but we guarantee that it will be rustic and tasty when it hits your plate.
Back in town we trundle past Beyond Coffee cultivating mushrooms in recycled coffee grounds in a container on outer Nørrebro. On the day we get fish from Torup Strand, and we're getting ready to go into the kitchen to prepare a menu for you, who have both taste, sustainability and Easter cosiness paramount.
