On Bank Holiday Saturday, 26th August, we happily welcome Andrew Clarke, Chef Director of Brunswick House, to the Quo Vadis kitchen for a magnificent lunch; a duck feast characteristic of his budding concept, Bastien.
Bastien is inspired by the duck-focused cuisine in southwest France and benefits from Andrew’s notable experience cooking at restaurants including Anchor & Hope, Wild Honey, St John, The Square and Salt Yard. Dishes will be recognisably classic, but with a few considered surprises, as is to be expected with this great man’s cooking… Jeremy will provide a delightful pudding to match, of ‘two tarts and a plum’.
Tickets are £64, including a welcome cocktail. Arrival is from 12 midday for lunch at 1pm. There will be a DJ in the club afterwards for those who wish to stick around.
Quo Vadis members have 1 week’s priority booking from 18th July. Buy your tickets here, using the password sent out in the Bugle (or ask us for it).
Tickets will go on general sale to non-members on 26thJuly.
