With 3 fantastic Supper Clubs under their belts at the Design Museum, Quo Vadis & The George (and another coming up in Paris) - 5 Cooks & a Cocktail return to host the 4th with a total take over at Jar Kitchen in Covent Garden.
This Supper Clubs 5 cooks will be Joey Behnan, Sean Enslin, Jake Farley, Louis Lingwood, Lorcan Spiteri- Having all met working together the lads have been busy in some of Londons best kitchens including St John Bread & Wine, Oldroyd, Koya and Trullo.
A beauifull 4 course menu has been carefuly put togeather by the 5 cooks:
Cod Cheeks & Tartare Sauce
Squid Ink Taglierini, Mussels & Brown Crab
Braised Ox Tail, Celeriac & Autumn Greens
Panna cotta, Fruit Compote & Shortbread
And the main cocktail man Fin Spiteri will be delighting everyone with a crafty cocktail - Vestal Vodka, Seasonal Shrub, Campari & Lemon.
