Story:The story is simple. TĀ TĀ Eatery was founded on Ana and Meng's shared love of rice.Driven by an ambition to showcase an innovative approach to cooking with Rice, this project began withhumble beginnings: a street food stall at Druid St Market, serving "ricewiches" and rice bowls.Having later done a residency at the Newman Arms, by Matt Chatfield of the Cornwall Project, followed bya guest chef appearance at Michelin Starred restaurant Kitchen Table. In the Summer of 2016 started theiryear residency at Curio Cabal a coffee shop in Haggerston. From Wednesdays to Sundays, Ana and Mengtransformed the space into a full-blown, 30-seater restaurant.They garnered a loyal crowd of regulars, soon to be followed by the press, and influential social mediapersonalities.This year whilst working towards their permanent site Ana & Meng are also doing a series of pop ups andcollaborations through out London.Event:On Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th of November, Ana and Meng of TĀ TĀ Eatery are taking over Anzu for the weekend serving a 6coursemenu showcasing their new dishes. Cooking in Motion er et hold kulinariske nomader med køkkenchef Sebastián Mazzola i spidsen. Måske kender du ikke hans navn, men han er langt fra hvem som helst – hans imponerende cv tæller legendariske restauranter som El Bulli, Tickets, 41°, og Pakta. Den gode nyhed er, at du nu også har muligheden for at komme med til den madoplevelse, der skal imponere toppen af den danske restaurationsbranche, når lanceringsmiddagen løber af stablen mandag den 20. november. Sebastián Mazzola flankeres af den højt dekorerede sakesommelier Sussie Villarico (Pakta, 41°), og de to har gjort Cooking in Motion til en af verdens fremmeste eksponenter for det såkaldte 'nikkei'-køkken, som er en fyrig og fræk fusion af det japanske og peruanske køkkens delikate råvarer og teknikker. They primarily specialize in Northern Thai cuisine from the Isaan region, with smoking and barbecuing forming the base of Khwan’s menu Chef Daniel Lambert fell in love with the cuisine early in his career. Through his years working as a chef in various forms with in the culinary world, from fine dining to roadside barbecue dinners, Daniel has picked up a variety of techniques, which he applies to the traditional cuisine, with out compromising on the flavours. After meeting David Chien in the summer of 2015 and working together in various street food markets in Berlin, the two found an immediate chemistry and a shared passion in the cuisine. And in the spring of 2016 Khwan was born. About Gentle gin A Berlin based artisan distillery. Gentle gin is produced from finely brewed, small batch hand crafted alcohol, from local German grain. It is then double distilled in a traditional hand hammered copper still by master distiller and horticultural expert Marcus O'Shea.
